Chakras - Opening Hand Chakras

This technique is used for increasing the power that comes through your hands.  It’s great for those that have the ability to channel energy such as Reiki.  It builds the power that comes through your hands when you are either facilitating healing for someone or using your hands to create something such as painting or building.

Your hands have the ability when properly connected to create anything that you want.  They are powerful manifestation tools which when opened you can channel angels, ascended masters, spirit guides, nature spirits, elementals, deceased loved ones etc... through them.  The amplification can very profound it may feel at times that you have the power of the universe in your hands (maybe you do).

During healing sessions I have witnessed people shaking with the amount of healing energy that has come through my hands.  So when laying hands it may be appropriate to adjust the amount of light that comes through depending upon the person  you are helping.
The technique is simple and can be used at any time.

• Imagine the colour white moving down from the top of your head.
• Down through the shoulders elbows and wrists and into your hands.
• Imagine growing a ball of energy between the hands
• Keep pulling down the white light down through the hands
• As you use your intention imagine the ball of light growing getting bigger and bigger until the ball of light extends to the extremities of your aura.
• Change the colours as your feel appropriate.

Use your intuition to determine other colours that you could use instead of white and imagine that colour moving down through your crown chakra.
This will change the colour of the energy ball that has extended to the limits of your aura.
The colours feel really different.

This will not only open your hand chakras but will also clear and clean your aura as well.
