Spiral of Light - Chakras
At the Spiral of Light we work with both the Indian Chakra System which consists of 7 Chakras and the Egyptian Chakra System which consists of 13 Chakras. Chakras are vortices of energy that exist in the etheric layer of the human body. Each Chakra is often linked with a certain colour, a crystal that works best with that chakra and activities for it to open or stay open.
