Breathing Techniques - Blue Breathing for Detoxing the Body
This technique is designed to detox the body, mind and spirit. If you are going to use it please make sure you drink plenty of water.
You can use this technique to:
- lose weight
- clear the mind
- release anxiety
- centre youself
- feel different about your body
If you have done the technique properly your eyes may feel a little cloudy when you open them.
The follow these steps to start the detox process
- Cup both your hands around your kidneys
- Close your eyes
- Breath in through your nose as you breath in through your nose you imagine blue light coming down through from your crown and all the way into your belly.
- Hold the breath there
- Breath out through your mouth and imagine pulling the breath through your hands out of your kidneys.
It takes a little practice but if you follow these steps it will feel like you have done a one hour workout at the gym and you only need to do it for 7 minutes a day.
